The Central traffic control center was created, and required equipment was installed to establish communication between the Central traffic control center and 10\u00a0station control centers. SCADA handles 20 \u2013 30 thousand of digital signals.<\/p>\n<p>The Central traffic control center is situated on 28<sup>th<\/sup> of May station and is equipped with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Server QNX<\/li>\n<li>Database backup server<\/li>\n<li>Data base management system server<\/li>\n<li>Automated workplace (AWP) of central dispatcher<\/li>\n<li>Communication network center contains:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and signaling units (24 sets)<\/li>\n<li>Server hardware equipment<\/li>\n<li>Network switch type Catalyst 3560 24 10\/100\/1000T<\/li>\n<li>AWP of centralization room operator (main and backup), intended to control the devices of route-relay station centralization<\/li>\n<li>Automated workplace of electromechanician to control signaling systems parameters<\/li>\n<li>Communication devices power supply system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Modernization of the local and central traffic control systems was performed without the train movement stoppage.<\/p>\n<p>Out-of-date systems and control panels of the dispatchers were substituted by new ones at all the stations.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic control at the stations and at the Central traffic control center is performed by means of the modern micro-processing technologies (systems of distributive controllers, servers, data transmission through optic communication lines).<\/p>\n<p>Control is carried out from AWPs.<\/p>\n<p>Unique software allows to control the train operation, define the faults of the field devices, archive all the events connected with the train Metro, Ukraine<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][vc_column_text]In terms of implementation of the Traffic management system (TMS) in Kharkov Metro since 2010 LOT Group of companies has equipped the trains with the automatic speed control devices. For now more than 15 trains are equipped with automatic speed control devices. These devices are intended for providing safety train operation. They perform the following functions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Control of the current train speed and check of its correspondence to the authorized speed at this section.<\/li>\n<li>Control of the conditions of all the train systems.<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s actions control.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If automatic speed control system defines the discrepancy of some parameters it transfers the train operation into safe mode. In some cases complete stop is possible. The implemented system improved safety and reliability at Icheri Sheher, Azadlig Prospekti, Darnagul, 28 May stations by using hi-tech equipment.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The following equipment was installed at each station:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>remote control cabinets (RC)<\/li>\n<li>remote signaling cabinets (RS);<\/li>\n<li>interlocking operator\u2019s AWPs;<\/li>\n<li>technician\u2019s AWPs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][vc_column_text]Modernization of the equipment at 28 May station was carried out in two stages. During the first stage (2010) substitution of the display system included assembling of cabinets with distributed controllers of remote signaling and equipping of the modern interlocking operator\u2019s AWP as well as equipping of the interlocking technician\u2019s AWP. During the second stage (2013) full modernization of the control system at the station as well as integration of the information subsystem into the complex relay processing based system were performed.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator color=&#8221;blue&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<h3>Central Operation Control Center in Baku Metro, Azerbaijan<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]In 2013 Central Operation Control Center was created in Baku Metro.
